GEP refusal

Ever since Frank's forced GEP appointment he has been locked up in his room and refused to go out. Frank refused to take a female name as he saw it as giving up on his male self, even if the changes were only temporary he didn't care. Frank refused to dress as a girl. Frank tired his best to hide from the government and refuse his gender swap, but they got him and told him that if he didn't accept the program the law could change him into a woman for life. Frank hid away from the world until an add came up on his computer wanting GEP participants for a photo shoot. Frank figured it would be a way to show off his contempt for what the government did to him and wanted to be unwomanly as possible. The only thing was that showing off posing nude actually got Frank to love his body. Turns out the add was a way to show off how much fun people have as the opposite gender. Francine didn't much care for her new life and actually loved that the Government helped her. Francine took the initiative and signed the waver and became a woman for life, as long as she got to pose for nude pictures.
